Privacy

What is stored

• Your identity: name and email address from the company account you sign in with, and optionally the email on your Slack profile so the two can be matched.
• Attendance records: the date of each call you joined late, how many minutes late, whether you warned the channel, the points that resulted, and who recorded it.
• What you write: excuses you submit, votes you cast, and appeals you raise.
• Game activity: clout, bets, duels and badges.

What is not stored

No payment or banking details of any kind. No message content from Slack beyond a message that specifically announces you will be late, and then only its text, timestamp and channel. No meeting recordings, transcripts or audio. No photographs — the character portraits are generated from a random seed and are not likenesses of anybody.

Who can see it

Rankings, points and excuses are visible to everyone in the company; that is the point of a shared leaderboard. Your email address is visible only to administrators. Nothing is shared outside the organisation, sold, or used for advertising.

Third parties

Sign-in uses your company Google account. Slack is used to record notices and to post the daily board. An AI provider generates the character artwork and drafts commentary; it receives only the facts shown on the board — never your email, never your messages, and never a photograph.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept for as long as the tool is in use, because a leaderboard with a hole in its history is not a leaderboard. If you leave the company your account is deactivated. You can ask an administrator to correct a record, to contest a point, or to remove your personal details; the ledger keeps the entry but it can be dissociated from you.
